Spread across 60 acres of breathtaking desert landscape, The Estates at Lone Mountain started development in 2019. The quiet, prestigious community of The Estates is nestled directly below the East side of Lone Mountain. Located in the Northwest Last Vegas, homeowners are just feet from Lone Mountain Regional Park, 1 of 3 regional parks in Las Vegas.

The Estates at Lone Mountain is separated by 8 areas. Currently, six out of the eight areas are fully finished lots, ranging from half acre to one acre lots.

Lone Mountain Reginal Park

Lone Mountain Reginal Park is a 371-acre community park located in northwest Las Vegas Valley, steps away from The Estates at Lone Mountain.

 

This park is currently under development with 4/10 proposed areas finished. Which currently included an extensive trail system, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, an equestrian riding facility, and a newly added dog park.

Lone Mountain Reginal park is also home to the very popular Lone Mountain summit hike. Ascend the rugged but well traveled path to reach the summit of Lone Mountain, a perfect spot for a 360 degree view of the city.

Area 2: Open Play Area, 6 Tennis courts, Bocce Courts, Horseshoe pits, 6 Lighted Basketball Courts, 2 BMX tracks, and Ramada's

Area 3:Children's Learning Park, Group orientation Ramada's

Area 4: Open Play Area, Day use picnic area, and Volleyball courts

 

Area 5: Desert Biome Trail, Interpretive center, link to regional trail system, equestrian staging area, rock climbing area

Area 6: Family nature park with gazebos, Rose Garden, Groves of trees with seating, Children's natural play area with climbing boulders, sand play, dry wash, boulder water feature.

 

Area 7: Disc Golf Course, 3-cell dog run, and Ramada's

Area 8: Corporates Picnic area, passive park at residential, and Ramada's
 

Area 9: Adventure recreation area to include Confidence course,, parachute towers, orienteering course, climbing and rappelling training area, zip line, outdoor classroom, and support facilities.

Area 10: Maintenance facility and storage yard
