The subject Property consists of ±5.97 acres located at the NEC of Via Inspirada
and Via Da Vinci Rd, within the Inspirada Town Center, a part of the Inspirada
Master Planned Community.
 

The Inspirada Town Center is located in the heart of the West Henderson
Planning Area and consists of ±300 acres of land envisioned to be intensely
developed to accommodate a wide range of uses including residential;
neighborhood- to regional-scale commercial, services and office uses.
It is slated to become a major urban-scale commercial core and employment
center serving the Anthem and Inspirada communities and expected to yield an
additional 3,500 to 5,000 residential units at build out.

The Subject Property is currently zoned RM-16-MP which was established by the
City of Henderson to encourage a wide range of low-to-medium density housing
types (up to 16 DU per acre), especially multi-family and single-family attached
development but also allowing single family detached to meet the diverse need of
city residents.
